The final boss of Sonic 3 had everything: it was cool, challenging, and oh yeah: it could DAMAGE SUPER SONIC!!!!!!!! Plus, it's even cooler to waste the Sonic Slammer with Sonic's insta-shield attack... That is, if you can master the insta-shield attack.
